Organic Coconut Cream
Coconut cream is obtained by pressing the fresh white kernel of the organic coconuts to produce a silky and creamy white liquid.
Coconut cream is an excellent source of valuable vitamins B, D, C and E, along with minerals including phosphorus, copper, iron, selenium, calcium, manganese, and magnesium. Coconuts contain a lipid called lauric acid which has anti-inflammatory properties and supports the immune system.
Coconut cream contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which bypass the fat digestion and are converted by the liver directly into energy. This digestion route suggests MCTs do not become stored as fat cells like long-chain triglycerides (LCTs).
Organic Cacao Powder
Raw cacao powder is classified as a super food. It is made by cold-pressing unroasted cacao beans, removing the cacao butter and leaving a pure powder. This process preserves the living enzymes and nutritional benefits, for which cacao is so well-known.

Organic Coconut Nectar / Organic Coconut sugar
Coconut nectar and coconut sugar are derived from the sap of the coconut palm. They are 100% natural whole food sweeteners that are not refined or chemically altered and contain no artificial ingredients or synthetic substances.
Coconut sweeteners contain antioxidants, are high in essential nutrients including: potassium, magnesium, zinc, iron, calcium, Vitamin B1, B2, B3 and B6. Making them an excellent healthy alternative to refined sugars.
Coconut sweeteners have a very low fructose content along with a low Glycemic Index making it a sweetener of choice for people with diabetes (type 1 and 2). Coconut oil is high in a medium chain fatty acids (MCFS’s) which are converted by the liver directly into energy. Coconut oil assists with good metabolism, liver detox and natural body cleansing. For these reasons, coconut oil supports the body with weight loss.
